These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "You") and 8899ph ("the Company," "We," "Us," "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://8899ph.win and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services.

This Agreement is effective from the moment you complete the registration process or first access the platform, whichever is earlier. Your continued use of the 8899ph platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

8899ph operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the regulatory body responsible for overseeing all lawful online gaming activity in the Philippines. All games, transactions, and player interactions on this platform are conducted in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.

Access to real-money gaming services on 8899ph is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You are only permitted to register and maintain an active account if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR. 8899ph maintains a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by a person below 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal entities are prohibited from holding player accounts.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether requested by you or imposed by 8899ph or any PAGCOR-registered gaming operator.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. All wagering must be conducted for your own personal account.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or relative within the second degree of consanguinity of any employee of 8899ph or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been barred from the 8899ph platform for any violation of these Terms.

By registering, you warrant that all of the above conditions are satisfied and will remain so for the duration of your account. 8899ph reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility, and may suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 8899ph platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identification details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 8899ph is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawals above a specified threshold. You may be required to submit:

• A government-issued photo ID (SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth card, driver's license, Philippine passport, or national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash account, bank account confirmation)
• Any additional documentation we reasonably require for AML compliance purposes

Accounts are intended for personal recreational use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify 8899ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

8899ph supports the following payment methods for Philippine Peso (PHP) transactions: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 8899ph's discretion.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. 8899ph does not charge any deposit processing fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name and previously verified through KYC. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱100. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. VIP-tier accounts receive priority processing. 8899ph reserves the right to apply a processing hold of up to 72 hours on withdrawals pending AML review or where unusual account activity is detected.

Anti-Money Laundering: 8899ph is obligated under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and PAGCOR guidelines to report and investigate any transactions that exhibit patterns consistent with money laundering, structuring, or other financial crimes. Attempting to use the 8899ph platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling is a serious violation of these Terms and applicable law.

8899ph offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback programs, and VIP loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions on 8899ph unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20×, 30×, 50×) will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, bingo, and fishing games may contribute at a lower rate. Check each promotion for the specific contribution schedule.
• Expiry: All bonuses have a validity period. Bonuses and any associated winnings not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated, only one bonus may be active on an account simultaneously. Activating a new bonus while another is active may forfeit the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: 8899ph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or manipulation is reasonably suspected. This includes using multiple accounts, coordinated group betting, or exploiting technical errors.

All bets placed on 8899ph are subject to the game rules applicable to the specific game being played, as displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

A bet is considered accepted and binding once confirmed by the 8899ph system and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. Accepted bets cannot be cancelled or modified except where 8899ph specifically provides a cash-out or early settlement feature.

8899ph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where:

• A technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure affects the integrity of the game outcome
• The bet was placed at odds or stakes that were clearly erroneous due to a system or human error
• Evidence of collusion, cheating software, or exploit-based wagering is detected
• The underlying game, event, or outcome is subsequently determined to be irregular or invalid

Where bets are voided, the original stake will be returned to your account balance. 8899ph's decision on bet voidance is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution procedure outlined in Section 13.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8899ph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform in an unauthorized manner
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical means, including but not limited to exploiting software vulnerabilities, reverse engineering, or intercepting network communications
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other financial crime
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 8899ph account
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 8899ph staff or other players
• Making chargebacks on legitimate deposits or attempting to fraudulently reverse payment transactions

All content on the 8899ph platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and data — is the intellectual property of 8899ph or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform strictly for personal recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorization from 8899ph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8899ph's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8899ph shall not be liable for any loss that is not directly and foreseeably caused by our breach of these Terms, including without limitation: loss of profits, loss of data, indirect or consequential losses, or losses arising from third-party payment service failures, internet connectivity disruptions, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 8899ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8899ph is deeply committed to responsible gambling. We believe that gaming should be an entertaining leisure activity — not a financial strategy, a coping mechanism, or a source of stress. All players are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

Available responsible gaming tools on 8899ph include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Wager Limits: Cap the total amount you can wager within a set period
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic logout after a specified duration
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net position
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your account for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break of 24 or 72 hours without formal self-exclusion

Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated duration. During a self-exclusion period, you will not receive any promotional communications and your account will be inaccessible for gaming. If you are concerned about your gambling habits, please also contact the PAGCOR Player Protection hotline or visit a licensed counseling service.

8899ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may share your personal information with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required by applicable law, including for the purposes of AML compliance, tax reporting, and player protection enforcement. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

Termination by You: You may close your 8899ph account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified, non-bonus balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after standard KYC and AML clearance.

Termination by 8899ph: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the closure
• You have provided false or unverifiable identity information
• Continued operation of your account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform's integrity

Where an account is terminated for cause attributable to the player, 8899ph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

In the event of a dispute arising between you and 8899ph regarding any game outcome, payment, account decision, or interpretation of these Terms, the following procedure applies:

• Step 1 – Internal Complaint: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
• Step 2 – Review: 8899ph will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and provide a final resolution within 14 calendar days. Complex matters involving RNG verification or AML investigation may require up to 30 days.
• Step 3 – Escalation to PAGCOR: If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Complaint mechanism for independent review. PAGCOR's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

During the dispute resolution period, 8899ph may place a temporary hold on the relevant account balance. Neither party shall initiate formal legal proceedings until the internal and PAGCOR escalation processes have been exhausted.

8899ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication on this page. We will endeavor to notify registered players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date, except where changes are required immediately by PAGCOR regulation, law, or to address urgent security concerns.

Your continued use of the 8899ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

We recommend that all players review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13 and the jurisdiction of PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority, any legal action or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of 8899ph to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
